The 2017 George Outeniqua Wheelchair Challenge (OCC), which took place in February, is held exclusively for athletes with disabilities. They participate in racing wheelchairs, adapted bicycles, hand cycles, basketball chairs and ordinary wheelchairs.
QASA’s Sport Fund enabled 101 wheelchair users to attend the event. “A most memorable and enjoyable time was had by all participants,” says Ari Seirlis.
