Members of the QuadPara Association of South Africa (QASA) are reminded to keep their membership updated in order to benefit from the various services and programmes the organisation has to offer. Yearly members are urged to pay their membership fees, while both yearly and lifelong members are encouraged to update their person and contact information.
QASA assists its members with securing assistive devices (including wheelchairs, cushions and batteries), and making their homes accessible. Through its rural outreach programme, QASA has assisted several members to build ramps into their homes. Members can also make use of the Education and Sports Fund to continue their education or participate in sporting events.
QASA further encourages skill development and assists with employment opportunities through its Work Readiness Programme. The Driving Ambitions programme helps members earn their licence. In addition, QASA has accessible transport and accommodation, housing, information distribution and so many more services to empower their members to live their lives to the fullest.
If you are interested in becoming a QASA member, you can complete their membership form (which you can download here), and send it to info@qasa.co.za. For further queries, send them an e-mail or phone 031 767 0352.
