Even after the national lockdown, it will be some time before it is safe for people with compromised immune systems or underlying illnesses to engage with other people as the world waits for a vaccine. To accommodate its members and ensure services are still available, the QuadPara Association of South Africa (QASA) has amended many of its operations.
Most notably, the QASA Work Readiness Programme is now online. Aside from ensuring participants keep a safe distance, QASA will be able to reach more members from more locations. This is especially beneficial to those in more remote areas.
To qualify, applicants should:
- Be a QASA member;
- Be aged between 18 and 37;
- Have a matric or NQF Level 4 qualification;
- Have the ability to speak, read and write in English proficiently;
- Have good computer skills or the ability to use a smart phone.
