Corne Lubbe, a quadriplegic, after only five driving lessons with Des, our instructor, went for his driving test and passed on his first attempt. A young and enthusiastic Buranee Haupt, a right hemiplegic, also passed her driving test under Des’s guidance.
Sizwe Nxumalo, a paraplegic, determined to become more independent, joined our driving programme and under the guidance of his instructor Shaun, passed his driving test in April. Shaun also helped Raymond Jaca, a QASA administrator, to pass his driving test in May.
