The must-anticipated athletics event will be hosted in Cape Town from March 17 to 21. The SASAPD National Championship gives athletes from across the country the opportunity to compete against their peers, break records and improve their global ranking in a variety of sporting events from Boccia, goalball, Judo and powerlifting to swimming and track events.
For the athletes who aspire to attend the 2024 Paralympic Games, which will be held in Paris, France, during August and September, the event provides an important stepping stone.
The 2023 SASAPD National Championship will the hosted at several location in the southern suburbs including the: Greenpoint Athletics Track; Greenpoint Football fields; Belhar Sports Centre; and Sea Point Civic Centre.
