“Everyone has a story to tell,” says editor Mariska Morris. “And you never know who might benefit from that story. Perhaps someone feels alone in their experience, or that they can’t achieve much. Your story might be what inspires them, motivates them, makes them feel seen. That is the beauty of storytelling.” She adds that every story is worth telling – no matter how big or small.
“Whether you’ve competed at the Paralympics or passed your Driver’s Licence test, we want to tell that story. It could be the thing that motivates someone else to do the same – or pursue their own dreams. We want to get to know our readers and I can’t imagine a better way than providing them with a platform to share their stories,” she concludes.
